BMU History
The Balkan Cup debuted in 1990 with stages that took place in Greece, Bulgaria and Romania. The agreement to hold the Balkan Cup was signed the same year in Athens.
In 2000, the Balkan Motorcycle Union was officially established, with headquarters in Sofia (Bulgaria).
In 2021, following the BMU Congress held in Romania, the BMU headquarters was moved to Bucharest, with Mr. Cristian Muresan being elected president.
